Staff very friendly , my property was not accurately described in the advert. Very slow buying process and hard communication between me and the seller whatsoever. Manager is very friendly and helpful ,the staff as well . Way of addressing issues is still slow and needs improvement. Phone answering ......takes a long time
I've been searching for a property since Feb. I moved to arbroath 4 months ago into shared accomodation and spent that 4 months trying to find a property.i visited montrose to go to nationwide and spoke to an estate agent while I was there,i looked at two properties while i was there which i was shocked to be able to do on the spot and I found a property I liked and moved in roughly a week later which I've been happily living in for just over a week now Wardhaugh staff are friendly enough and I understand there is a process to these things but I truly believe they need more competition to buck their ideas. The estate agents I'm with have been nothing but super friendly and couldn't do enough to help me move into my new property and also they are helping me find some furniture as I only have a bed at the moment. I'm sorry I couldn't give a better review but my experience with you as a buisness was terrible as I say nothing personal against the staff who I'm sure are lovely
We have repetedly applied for properties that have been shown available to rent for weeks and despite asking for feedback and if someone can get back to us to let us know if we will be getting a viewing or not we are constantly being ignored. It takes 2 minutes to reply to someone and say no you cant have a viewing but instead they leave you waiting and not knowing what is going on. They haven't been any help and have left us feeling that we have been written off renting any property from them without finding out our affordability.
I purchased a property sold by them. I went to collect the keys, and they didn't have a clue about them despite the ok from the solicitors hours prior to me getting there. They were incredibly rude and condescending, and clearly annoyed they had to actually do some work to find out where my keys were. I wish I could give zero stars.

PROPERTY APPLICATION ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE NOT TRUE!! Despite a property being on website for months and applying the 1st day it was advertised we have still not being offered viewing!! Poor service. Asked to change my last review. Utterly disappointed!! Do not recommend!
Dated 2016 Awful service. Set up viewings for 3 properties in Arbroath. Got there a few minutes late we came from Dundee, and the sour faced rep Robin said we could only view 1 of the properties because the other ones had been applied for. Fair enough, but the entire viewing was negative. It wasn't the flat for us but the guy didn't know a thing about it, never smiled or looked remotely interested. Couple of weeks later, both flats we couldn't view were still for rent, so we set up a viewing for one of them without issue. Got there on the day, on time and realised eventually nobody was coming. Phoned them up, they claimed to have the wrong phone number for us, and that our rep Max had been "taken out of the office unexpectedly." Very unprofessional to not let us know. Update: Couple of weeks later, my parents arrange to view 2 properties, with Max. 4 of us go, nobody turns up. Dad calls after 15 minutes. They say without checking anything that Max was held up at a previous appointment and would be there in 5. 10 minutes later Robin from the first viewing shows up, and apologises unconvincingly, and shows us the flat. We couldn't view the second property because it was only on the website to 'generate interest', but he offers another at the top of our budget. We go see it, perfect place. We decide an hour later we're having it, go into the shop to be told the price is £50 more than what Robin said, they need ID, and bank statements, and they needed us to be earning £16.5k a year, which we don't. This wasn't mentioned at the viewings and it was a smack in the face, like saying we were not good enough for this flat. So unimpressed with this pack of clowns.
