After 7 years shopping at Wannis, I today was told at the checkout that my card had been blocked.nI asked the lady on reception why this was the case and she said it was because I don't spend enough.nPerhaps if they had a clue they would have asked me why I don't buy much from themnLooking at their reviews and the fact that the store is always empty when I visit,I am not the only person to have a problem with their service.nAytac foods give a far better service and are far cheaper in my experience
Racist and discriminatory place to shop. Shopping experience depends on what language you speak, Indian languages preferred. Places like this don't last too long. Some of the staff are nice enough to make up for the existence of bad management.

Greedy...Ripping off customers. Everyday prices goes up for popular items ex..rice in corona outbreak.nnPaid Royal Umbrella 20kg £27.99 on 17th March.Today the price is £38.99..what a rip off Guys. I bought same rice from Maning Impex for £24 for 20kg.nnShame on you guys..you people are cheat. This is only one example you have increased prices for thousands of items.
It’s been over a week and customer service woman can’t seem to contact the courier to get me parcel and is waiting for it delivered to the incorrect address. She can refund and replace but doesn’t seem to know how to deal with orders or her suppliers.nJudging by all the negative reviews by TropicalSunFoods - I suggest you don’t buy from this place. No one seems to get their parcels but they pocket the money.
