Unhelpfull unprofesional staff after phoning 101 3 days could not get through i reported crime online only to be sent to walworth police station Waste of my time they did not even have crime report on there system served by a snooty young lady officer with tatoo on her arm Police pay should be cut they dont earn there money

Lazy is the key word to descibe them.

I advise dont bother with 999 either thats for the rich and government offices only.

Completely useless place if your about to be stabbed don't run in to this place,they will just watch and tell to you (ok where going to try to find a pc) your attacker will you do what he wants to do and then just leave... it happen to me I was not stabbed but my attackers sat down on the coffe had food left and still waiting for someone to go outside and question them. THIRD WORLD COUNTRY...

I don't know what has happened to our force but took me three times to get through to 101 who recommended I go the my local police station only to be greeted with the least helpful  and rude person ever. I guess I just have to accept that unless I or someone else is dying the met will not help.

Had a good experience here. Came here about a woman harrassing me on my phone for months, well came here to complain and the police officer was nice. The woman harrassing me called while I was here and I handed the phone over to the officer as I was taken by surprise and didn't know what to say. Needless to say after calling my phone and unexpectedly having a policeman answer my phone took her by surprise, it did the trick and she never bothered me again. I'm forever grateful to that policeman.
