WLS are an excellent choice if you want a shed that leaks everywhere. Unbelievably low quality, not just the shed but the flimsy fence panels and the garden gates we bought there too. Non-existent customer support and complete disregard of the Customer Rights Act when raising a complaint and asking for refund. The court will have a say about this. These scammers shouldn't be allowed to operate a business like this.nnEdit: Just to clarify, the photos posted are of the second shed they provided which leaked even more than the first one did. Attached some more pictures of their craftsmanship after WLS spent 3 days trying to patch up the leaking spots - without success. Every time I asked for a refund I also asked them to take their shed away, why would I want this rubbish rotting in my garden? Lies and threatening calls and emails won't make this issue go away. Taking your rubbish shed away and giving a refund would.
Average pricing for materials but FREE DELIVERY, as opposed to a very local builder's merchant to me, who quoted £40 for delivering a jumbo bag of sand 2.5 miles! Supported by an easy to use website and a helpful delivery driver who delivered on the day specified. Have used before and will use again.
Best prices, best service, polite drivers and free local delivery what more could you want. Local free delivery was an important factor in me buying from WLS. I like to do the jobs myself but when you get into the realms of 4.8 meter long timber it's impossible to get that in a car or small van. I had also the the week before purchased 40 fencing panels, concrete posts and gravel boards from them. WLS only needs to keep doing it right, with prices, quality and FREE local delivery and other suppliers can start worrying.
I needed some 3-metre lengths of fence topping. This seemed to be a rarity or, if available, my order was too small. Then I found WLS offering 3-metre lengths and offering free delivery. The timber is excellent, high quality. Great service. I thoroughly recommend.
Thank you to Darryl and his team for organising the fencing we needed on the left to complete our garden. Great communication, a great price and easy delivery. The service was much appreciated and I can definitely recommend!
