Lovely local course. Fairways in much better condition than earlier in the year. Tee boxes and greens are awful and need a lot of work doing. Aside from the standard pitch marks all over the greens they are long enough to be fairways. Tempting to use a wedge over a putter in some cases

Really really poor, they shouldn’t have been open let alone charging £20 fees. It was boggy all over, the ‘fairways’ as you can see were non existent, greens truly horrid. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they gave us a heads up in the shop. Don’t waste your time or money

Played during wet weather. Greens were nice however some did have puddles which made it a tad unplayable.nnTee boxes were nice enough however some were quite unlevel. Overall a nice visit and would return in the future when the weather is a bit nicer.

Played today great course specially only for £25 a round only downside it we tee’d off at 9am and didn’t finish till 1:45 because of the horrendously slow play by the competition a few groups ahead which led to groups behind us just leaving the course midway through because of the 10/15 minute wait times at tee boxes! Other courses have a staff member out keeping on top of pace of play every so often so would suggest that from now on but It’s a shame because if there is any comps on we will avoid playing.

A challenging picturesque course which is quite hilly. Lovely in dry weather but can be boggy. I was surprised by the price hike since my last visit. That's down to Warrington borough council.
