Ace! Fantastic service instore, gentleman very knowledgeable and helpful. He also did a good job measuring and was happy to measure for an additional job I hadn't decided on in store. Great price for both carpets including fitting and new treads. The gentleman who came to fit was polite and courteous and made an excellent job. I'll definitely use Frank's again. Thank you!
had carpet down 6 month it’s been fitted rubbish and stapled down in places instead of using a bar in door way carpet is all wrinkled and just looks pants that’s not even to mention the sales person in store needs to get some customer service training
1st class service & I've used them on at least 3 occasions over the years.The manager John ? knows his stuff and I've never been let down yet,always coming out to measure up and arranging the carpet fitters who are top notch

Everything great until getting the carpet fitted. I'm writing this as the carpet fitter is kicking off, slamming and banging around. I opened the door, 1st words from him were " I don't take carpet up, didn't they tell you that" he then proceeded to ring his boss and question it in front of myself and the wife. After that he ripped the carpet up, slamming banging and chucked it on the front. Safe to say I'll never use them again. I guess you get what you pay for.
Rubbish did my carpets paid nearly 1,000 for stairs when I moved took it up under carpet was Stanley knife blades and the bottom passage and cupards was just bits of joined underlay never again 1,000 wasted
Had exactly what I wanted very helpful
