Station is located nicely close to the town centre, easy to get to and very friendly staff

The station is located in a great location honestly, integrated well into the shopping centre and not far from the high street and bus station. There's about four trains an hour to Birmingham which is nice and the station has step free access to all platforms and a ticket office.

This station is alright. You can get to the shopping center easily from platforms 2 and 3. Room for improvement a suggestion would be to connect platform 1 to the rest of the platforms.

Ideal train station not that busy during the day but as it comes out directly into a shopping centre you can stay warm no matter the weather

The station leads into a shopping mall, which is very convenient.

Fast efficient booking office staff, coffee bars, warm waiting rooms, plenty of platform seating, toilets, ticket machine. Most facilities except cash machine.

Looks good. Electrification almost finished
