I came to this salon for the first time today for a full bikini wax, and was greeted by the lovely Peace I hope I spelled that right. She was very pleasant, the salon is clean and I had a quick and painless wax! I would recommend !Service: Intimate area hair waxing
Do not use this company anymore. Obviously has new people running it and it’s gone completely downhill. Booked a spray tan, nobody showed up. When I called the salon was offered no apology and told the only option was to now go instore. ZERO customer service. Last three times I have visited the salon I have also waited up to an hour each time and same as someone else below I had one experience of being burned with hot wax. Basically avoid this place like the plague. They have no care for customer feedback if you are not happy.Service: Tanning
Quite a strange experience for my first manicure here. None of the pictures on Google are current, in fact it looks nothing like this when you're inside. The manicure itself was fine, nothing amazing, but the general vibe felt odd.Service: Manicure
I was burnt during a wax which has never happened to me before. I normally always go somewhere else this is the first time i had been to the walnut club. Mistakes can happen so when i emailed to say i was still in pain from the burn and requested a refund i got a response of false statements about what had happened and was told its because i have sensitive skin and i wasn't burnt among other bizarre statements?? They have been so rude and scary about me trying to complain. AVOID
They have cancelled my appointment this morning through Treatwell without even notifying me nor asking me if I wanted to reschedule.
I am from the States, but my wedding was near London last month. I was very worried about having a spray tan done, as I never have before. I emailed them with my questions and concerns a few months in advance. They were so kind and thoughtful with their responses. I was able to book the wedding package and was able to do the trials in London beforehand to make sure we got the look exactly right. Each one was perfect! The first time, Suzi came to the flat I was staying in and the second time, I went to the new and beautiful shop they just opened. I plugged the address into my GPS and it was incredibly easy to find. For the third and final tan, Suzi did my tan and all of my bridesmaids tans at our Airbnb 3 days before my wedding. She did a phenomenal job! Suzi is extremely kind, professional and an artist at her job. She suggested going slightly darker before the wedding to make sure it was perfect for the day, and she was spot on. It lasted beautifully. Very natural and I felt radiant! PS: I was also nervous because I have more olive toned skin, and was nervous a spray tan would look silly on someone with somewhat tan skin already although I was more pale in the winter months, hence the need for the tan. I was wrong! Beautifully done and would certainly go again.
