Ordered 2 Windsor sofas and a Chesterfield bed. There was a couple of weeks wait for the sofas but Rob kept me posted on delivery date. Communication was on point. Make no mistake, this furniture is very high quality! These aren't fb shop rubbish! Sofas are really big, sturdy and heavy. delivery was on time and the men delivering were great. Definitely very highly recommended! I'll be ordering again very soon. Thanks Rob!

Ordered this today after visiting the shop. Gets delivered tomorrow morning. £679 delivered to North Shields. So far all fantastic can't comment on delivery yet as that's due tomorrow. However, the customer service in store was fab and the man is very accomodating and friendly. Would return in future all being well with delivery.

Will never buy from here again!! Bought a washing machine supposed to be brand new after 1 and half day it started to smoke..the shop guy rob said thats normal!! Which it is not!!!He said he would come out and look at it if faulty he could refund me there and then instead sent one of his monkeys out with a different machine when i told him i wanted it refunded!! His attitude is totally shocking! Now i am 170 down and still trying to get a refund!!! Stay away from the place!!!
These lads supply and deliver extremely good quality stuff at reasonable prices and are always helpful cheerful and polite when delivering your order. Had plenty of stuff from them in the past and it's always been good quality I wouldn't go anywhere else
Im posting this for my sister in law, she recently bought an item from this shop, it was delivered she followed instructions the item does not work,she contacted the shop a number ov times to be told they wont replace or refund her £100 and told her to contact argos and manufacturer. She is ill with all ov this situation so im not goin to let them get away wif it, im goin to be contacting Trading Standards about this shop, it seems to me theyve have got away wif ripping people off for far too long. Please Do Not Shop Here!
