What a fantastic little chemist open on a Sunday until 7.00 pm l can’t thank you enough for the help and support you gave me and my husband when my husband diabetic sensor decided to not work and he tried the second one that we had for a back up and that also failed so we were left with no sensors, they tracked my husband’s prescription list and done us an urgent prescription there and then no problem whatsoever how very grateful we are to you both and what a absolute pleasure it was to see smiling happy faces so very friendly keep up all the hard work you guys do and again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Fantastic service from this pharmacy on Sunday for my daughter, was seen quickly by friendly staff no question was to much highly recommend my daughter is slowly getting better thank you so much
Wallisdown Pharmacy is everything you could want from a local pharmacy! The staff are always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help with anything you need. The post office is super convenient, and they’re always so lovely with my daughter - she loves getting her stickers! Flu jabs are quick and efficient, and it’s great to see such friendly, familiar faces every time I visit. Highly recommend!
Was given a stressful appt with Kat who is poor in English communication and not computer literate. I had to do the application form and spelling for her! She is inexperienced and was going out of the consultation room for long periods of time and offered me one item after travelling for an hour to get there. Other pharmacies offer you at least 3 products.. This area of expertise she didn't know about. Consequently I have reported it.to a Senior authority.
