Very disappointed that the returns policy was not extended for the Christmas period. They said in line with all UK companies.... not the case as this was the only place I could not make an exchange or refund. A voucher would have been fine as I am good customer. Or was!
Had ordered 3 items. 2 arrived and received an immediate refund for the 3rd item. Overall very happy with the products +fit + quick delivery . Thanx team wallis.
Can't just browse the website just takes you around in circles, unless, you register. Leading to the potential of opening the door to yet more unwanted pestering email from them and associate companies.
Extremely poor customer service! I'm extremely upset with Wallis's customer service. I ordered a pair of boots during the Black Friday sale at a discounted price of £60 on 25th November. I then receive an email on 28th November stating the boots are no longer in stock and a refund will be issued. Your website showed that the same boots in the same colour and same size were available and in stock. I contacted your customer service via WhatsApp and they confirmed that the boots are definitely in stock in all 3 colours and in the size I ordered. I then asked for the boots to be ordered at the same price I paid on 25th November and was refused! The current price of the boots are now £96. This clearly was an issue on your end so why should your customer be at fault!! You would now like me to pay £35 more for your error which is simply ridiculous. I've purchased Wallis products in the shops so thought I would continue online but unfortunately with this situation I will not be shopping at Wallis again.
