Dentists them selves are helpful enough but no more than one would expect. However, reception staff were aweful. Their attitude was rude, when we arrived they didn't look up from the computer and when they did acknowledge us it was a "be with you in two secs" from the older of the receptionists without even looking up from her computer screen. I wouldn't normally leave a review as scathingly bad as this but this is not the first time we have encountered the reception staff to behave in this way. Like I have said it's such a shame as the dentist's and nurses were excellent! They did all they could to make our little one feel at ease as it can be so scary for us adults let alone children.

Dentists are not brilliant, easily flustered and quite often very young and just out of training, lacking experience. Reception staff are flighty and don't stay long especially the younger ones. The older staff are just miserable and rude and everything you expect from a bad receptionist. Will not be returning, seeking another dentist in the area.

Give up if you're trying to make an appointment over the phone it will take you up to half an hour to get through and more often than not they hang up on you when you do get through. If they're really that busy they need to employ more receptionist. Every time I go in there is really not that busy but when I call I can never get through. The dentist I saw was nice and pleasant but could have done better job explaining things

I have a major problem with this dentist, I am a person who does not have an immune system, which the dentist does not seem to understand, I requested antibiotics after having a tooth out and was ignored, had to go back with an abscess and was ignored again by a different dentist, this time threatened as well, I could have died!!!!!!!! Will now seek help from their surgery manager, watch this space

very friendly staff, and brilliant dentists. after having a bad experience with another practice, they have really helped a lot, and made me feel very comfortable :)
