Been here twice for ear piercing and both experiences could not have been more different ! The first time was lovely hence why I took my daughter to have her ears pierced knowing the employees were lovely and patient . The second time this week was the worst experience of customer service I have had and from reading earlier reviews can only think it must of been the owner ? To tell my daughter who was already nervous it feels like a really bad sting and as a girl you will have a lot worse pain before having them done didn't help I should have walked out then ! She snapped and glared at me as I suggested the positioning before she started wasn't  right, and then with my other daughter just pierced 1 ear not saying before hand she would be charged the same price as a set but would like to be given the info. Afterwards when I realised it was the same price she rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath numerous times at the inconvenience. There were other things said during which I chose to ignore due to not wanting to tell her exactly what I thought of her service. The other staff were lovely so would suggest letting them do future piercings as I would not recommend this woman to any parents thinking of taking their daughters to this woman !!!

I had my nose pierced here a while ago. After my nose was pierced I asked for a tissue as my nose was bleeding and the woman who pierced my nose told me I should’ve brought my own tissue as she only has a used tissue in her pocket. I came back a few weeks after as my nose piercing came out and had healed up very quickly. The same woman accused me of not attempting to put my piercing in properly and told me I should’ve put it in straight away, which I did. Would not go back here again.

I have always used this jeweller for an honest appraisal of my jewellery, professional manner and value for money. Repairs are always a fair price compared to elsewhere. The manager is charming and I saddened that this lovely high street shop is closing down. I wish staff well and would like to have ale this last opportunity to say Thankyou for the years of help and fond memories.

Took my daughter for her ears pierced after looking at Claire's who wanted £40 ! Found the lady to be very helpful polite and put my lass at ease. Highly recommended had my own ears done there 35 years ago !

A actual diamond in the ruff, a must for the very best in service and choice. Ann actually took the time to ensure I picked the right ring and their was no rush.

Manageress / Owner - Rude, Curt, Objectionable and everything is too much trouble.  Not recommended if you expect professional and friendly service.

Just had my seconds done. Ladies were so kind and professional, definitely recommend going

very rude woman... avoid, i wanted to ask her if they replaced links she just said im too busy to think!!!

When I went in the staff were lovely however the website is inaccurate. I went in on Tuesday however it was closed yet on line it said they were open
