We had a lovely stay. We felt the room was tired but otherwise warm and very comfortable. Just what we needed. Excellent breakfast and hospitality. Location? It must be wonderful when the sun shines. Scenery is beautiful. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Recommend.Rooms: 3/5
Absolutely faultless guest house, extremely well run by Richard. They went above and beyond to accommodate me with my stay. A very high quality establishment with parking, WiFi and outstanding English breakfast, the best I've had for a long time. I would wholeheartedly recommended staying here and will certainly stay when next in the area on business. 10/10. Rooms: Spotless, quiet, comfortable and a comfortable temperature.
The rooms were nice, all decorated in different styles. They were clean and good enough to stay in. The scenery outside the carpark was lovely. I think the room could have had better lighting, the lights were all very dim. The plugs by the bed are also old style plugs so the only plug you can use for phone charger or anything else is next to the dressing table, it would be better if there was a bedside one. I thought it was lovely that there was information in a book in the room about local companies, the history of the farm etc. The staff are lovely and the food was nice. They have options available that are gluten free/coeliac safe. The TV in the room could have been bigger but other than that, it was great. The price of the room I think was a bit high considering these things that could be improved.
Lovely property within a beautiful setting. The room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. My only very slight niggle was that there was only 1 x 2 pack of biscuits in the room so unfortunately for my boyfriend he went hungry . An additional hand towel would have been useful too. Would definitely return though, a very enjoyable stay!
Booked a last minute night away in this beautiful b and b. The room I stayed in was really lovely, clean and warm. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was really lovely. Freshly cooked to order would highly recommend staying here
Stayed over the weekend as we were at a wedding at Delamere. Met Richard on arrival, who was lovely. What a great location and beautiful house; we stayed in the Safari room, which was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also exactly what we needed - freshly cooked full English with as many extras as you could ask for. We would highly recommend Wall Hill Farm and would absolutely stay again should we get the chance' Rooms: Safari Room was in separate little building and was very quiet and private. Lovely comfy bed, with memory foam mattress and nicely decorated. Food & drinks: The Full English was fantastic - eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans, black pudding and toast washed down with tea. This WAS a good breakfast!
Stayed for one night while attending a wedding at Delamere Manor. The hotel was situated close by, and we had booked the Oriental Room, which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good choice for breakfast, which was cooked to order and very tasty. We both enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend it. A big thank you to Richard and his staff for making our weekend perfect.
Firstly the breakfast was superb. The rooms were clean and tidy but a little tired looking. Our blinds didn't work properly, we mentioned this to one of the staff. Each day we left the rooms tidy but our beds were not made and the bins not emptied. The coffee tea, biscuit trays were refilled but we only had clean cups the day we arrived and the next. We stayed for 3 nights.
Just returned from an excellent stay at Wall Hill Farm Guest House. The room was spotless and had all expected sundries. The staff were friendly, polite and courteous. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a pleasant stay.Rooms: 5/5
