Came yesterday for a scale and polish and was very well looked after. I’m 8 and a half months pregnant the dentist made sure I was comfortable all the way through and kept asking me if I was okay she really put me at ease. Would highly recommend! The dentist and dental nurse were really nice and so was the receptionist. 5 stars keep up the good work :
Took my son for a filling after 5 cancelled appointments 12 months later he finally got it sorted out. A week later after his appointment I get a phone call from social services that the dentist had reported my son had a unexplained bruise on his ear never once questioned or asked how he might have got it but just decided to call social services and assume the worse. As any parant knows kids get cuts bruises all the time. The social closed it as soon as I spoke to them but my advice to any parants that take there children to this dentist just be aware that they might just call social services if your children have any cuts / brushing the women that so my son looked very young and properly doesn't have any children and has no experience been a parant. After 25 years of going to this dentist I will absolutely not be going to this dentist or my children won’t be absolutely bang out of order what they did.
Absolutely Disgusting service iv had a number of appointments that have all been cancelled this been going on since last year and still not been seen, had a dental pain for weeks now throbbing all in one side of my face, shooting pains, no sleep, can’t eat or drink properly, every morning I ring and I’m second in the phone que but yet no appointments when I get through, iv even been to an 111 emergency dentist appointment and they said I need to be seen by my own dentist as what they can do is only a temporary fix and still not good enough still can’t get a appointment. What I’m I supposed to do?
For years I have been coming here and made to you feel awful and embarrassed by my teeth by one of the male dentists, I’ve come back after a few years and was made to feel so welcome all the female dentists and nurses were all so kind to me. And the new hygienists was amazing. Thank you
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I have booked the hygienist 3 times and 3 times has been cancelled. Today I went in on time to being told that the hygienist is not in because is not very well! They rang ONCE me at 9.00 am when most of the population is working and pretended that was my fault I did not pick up! Booked another hygienist for NOVEMBER!!!!!!! PLEASE JUST CLOSE THE PRACTICE BECAUSE YOU ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
I have been with this dental practice since approximately 2004. I have never had a cancelled appointment and was given an urgent appointment when my tooth broke leaving a very sharp edge. I am a NHS patient and would not dream of looking for another dental practice. . My dentist is Ms A Kirsch and both she and her team have always been professional, efficient and pleasant.
I was so happy when I first went in. Dentist was lovely and explained everything, super careful! Fast forward less than a year I had to get a check up somewhere else and they found the work done here was unfinished. The dentist had closed the cavity without completely cleaning the decay. There was still decay which had got too close to my root canal in that time and I had to have an expensive root canal due to the dentist not cleaning my tooth properly in the first place. My filling was also done in the wrong shape which the new dentist said was going to cause more problems in the end. Overall, wouldn’t recommend!
You can't get an appointment here! Been waiting for a tooth extraction for nearly 6 months to get a letter saying they've cancelled the appointment, rang them them to be told they'd booked it in wrong and that I'll have to wait till January 2023! Shocking service!
Negatives: Cancelled my appointment after waiting several weeks, and didn't tell me. I found out incidentally when I called to confirm the time. Then pushed the appointment back another 6 weeks. The receptionist than suggested I use an emergency slot to bypass the wait; not good practice. Positives: Receptionists do answer the phone in my experience. The Dentist have been reasonable when I have seen them. Overall: I have moved to a different practice.
waste the time if you want to see a dentist from here .I was waiting for my appointment over 2years ,They always cancel your appointment until now I can't see a yourdentist. shame on you
