I called on 30 January 2018 to order sympathy flowers to be delivered. I buy a lot of flowers and wanted the bouquet to be particularly nice and to know what would be in it. The man I spoke to told me that "the girls would put something together from what they had" and when I tried to get him to be more specific he told me that I could either take what they would put together or go elsewhere, and he put the phone down on me.
Ordered a Valentine's bouquet to be delivered before 12 as my partner works there till that time. Delivered at 4.30 so she can't even get them till tomorrow. Terrible service. Been ordered more than a week
