Nothing really. Hard layout, and not easily seen. The people on the stars are celebrities not famous people so I didnt know who most of them were. The black sabbath bench is cool, but that's it. Also through the centre of Birmingham so many foreigners around. Not safe.
They are not there. Apparently they were put in storage in 2021 and have not been seen since.Visited onWeekday
Loved the idea of these stars but could only find the ones nearest the Black Sabbath bench, which is about 5 of them, could not find the rest, and we looked everywhere and asked people but no luck. Was disappointed that they are not signed better.
It is a very good idea, but there are no info, map, etc. about this whole project. It is a unique on the Broad street :
Where have they gone? Only 4 of them near Symphony Hall Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait
Would be great if they actually told you where to go. Not on any of the street maps, found a couple near the Black Sabbath Bridge but they are not equally spaced so really hard to find. We got bored with the wasted effort looking. The ones we found were mostly to groups rather than one person eg Royal Ballet so not that exciting. Could have been a hit B'ham but this is a big miss!!
It’s quite nice to look at on your way to somewhere more exciting but it’s quite poorly organised. There’s no map showing where the stars are and how to find a specific star. My friend and I looked everywhere for Ozzy Osbourne’s star only to find that it’s been moved but there was no information explaining where it had been moved it. Fun to look at but much more information needed to make it a worthwhile visit.
Cannot find this place, random location, nothing extraordinaryVisited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Not shown on the 'you are here' street maps even on Broad Street which is a long road & an uphill walk from New Street. You'd have thought there would be a Walk of Stars banner somewhere to show where it is . As it is the stars blend in nicely with the puddles, manhole covers & building boards. Probably unreadable after dark. Geezer Butler & Bill Ward of Black Sabbath not worthy of inclusion for some baffling reason. Travelled 200 miles round trip to have a look. I wouldn't recommend you do.
Not quite Hollywood Boulevard but still a tribute to home grown awesomeness.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
