I have recently come in to some inheritence, and after being a tenant with Wales and West for over 28 years I approached them to purchase the property expecting a sorry that wouldnt be possible! However to my suprise they did not hesitate to allow me the opportunity, they have gone that extra mile to support me through the purchase process and assisted me with any issues I come across.nnOver the past 28 years I cannot think of one complaint or issue I have had with them, any repair was promptly and professionally dealt with they bent over backwards to ensure we were a happy tenant.nnI cannot express enough how grateful I am for what the have done for me and my family.
Wales and West housing have a business model that scams the taxpayer and the local council by providing extremely overpriced inadequate housing to people who are desperate for housing. They then charge under 25s over £900 A months rent for one bedroom flats, unless you pay the £930 a month and keep your flat the council will deem you intentionally homeless leaving young people trapped in flats that do not suit their needs while the taxpayer pays £930 a month for them to stay there!!! They know the taxpayer pays a lot of people’s rent here and they keep on putting it up each year.
Wales and West is a brilliant social housing company. We rent a flat from them. The maintenance crew are fantastic. Socially responsible company who care about tenants. 4 stars - I'll change it to 5 once they've invested in our communal garden :
Allow nuisance neighbours to make other peoples lives a misery and allow those nuisance neighbours to have that much rubbish in their garden it’s overflowing and stinking and attracting rats. They give abuse to the neighbours on the street and shout foul words at a 3 year old playing in her own garden. Brilliant, as long as they don’t have to live there and get the rent why would they care?!
Wales west are the worse ever tenants haven’t got any thing better to do is complain about me and my dog I hate being here with Wales west housing association I can’t even take it anymore it’s not fair
