Very helpful staff 100 times better than the staff at King’s Cross Station. It’s a lovely small station that’s so compact. I used to get a train from Sheffield L, but it’s too busy with multiple platforms. Westgate Station is much more of a pleasant experience, & less chaotic.
The ticket machines rarely work which causes delays getting out of the car park.nDecent selection of shops inside considering the size of the station.nAlways well staffed and clean and tidy.
Great place to catch a train.
Decent station but no disabled parking
Just a railway station we were dropped off by taxi, train eas on time, adequate seating, clean
