Good, large branch of waitrose with entrances from Northgate street and directly from the Podium car park.nThere are trolleys and checkouts at both of these entrances/exits.nAs well as the usual extensive ranges of fresh, frozen and packaged foods, there is also a good range of homewares John Lewis as well.
We visited the Waitrose Cafe on a study break while in Bath Central Library, and received excellent service. The staff were so friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything we received was to our liking - especially the staff member who made our drinks, she had black hair - sorry we didn't get your name!. Will certainly be returning here - thank you so much!
Okay so the Waitrose shops I visit up north are all very clean and tidy and fresh. Unfortunately this shop was tired and scruffy. I guess it’s because it’s a city centre shop and gets loads of footfall. All that said the food is always good from Waitrose and we were not disappointed with our purchases
Good for shopping but not much verity in the cafe. There's only one urinal and one cubicle in the mens and only 3 in the ladys, so a lot of waiting to use the facilities. A shop that size needs more toilet area
Bath Waitrose, if there's a queue for the self checkouts, your assistant shouting at us the nano-second one comes free is a little unmannered, it's not a good look and it isn't helpful. You should use the capacity and open up the closed checkouts on the right please. Don't shout.
