Really bad click and collect service. I ordered a pie and the one they gave me in my order was two days out of date. They also gave me all my shopping covered in sugar, despite not buying sugar. The customer service I received was very poor and unprofessional. If you want a high quality food shop and food items that are in date, please done order through this store.
Very good customer service. My experience on 26th about 8:30pm-9pm got attended to in the cash only baskets section with I bet an Asian origin lady in glasses ,sorry was very unwell didn't get her name. I left the store feeling cared for ,she was very genuine on checking up on me and offered reassurance , i felt if there was a way to appraise employees i would have done it. Keep up the good job
Always clean and tidy, even the customers are more polite, usually, great store if you don't mind paying a premium for most everything. Still lots of good deals to be had here if you look closely enough :. It is nice that staff have time at the checkout to chat but it gets to be rude when they are keeping other customers waiting after they have finished
Several products in my order were out of date!! They sent me products on 27th Dec that have already expired on 26th Dec.
Food is always fresh when the shelves aren't completely empty 50% of the time, and then you got staff blocking up most space with their trolleys...
