It's Waitrose so a much nicer shopping experience than most other supermarkets but at a modest premium. Matter of choice how you spend your money. Bromsgrove is only a little shop but always seems well stocked and staffed but not too busy. Meal deal recommended
Nice little store, friendly staff, but make sure to check the expiry date on everything.
The store was nice, wouldn’t highlight anything, however we would like to mention a gentleman, who went absolutely above and beyond: Sandeep was extremely nice and kind, we had such a long, tiring day, but his lovely personality and chat created such an amazing atmosphere, which is very rare nowadays. We could clearly see, how much he loves the shop, his product knowledge and recommendations were excellent. @Waitrose should be proud of him!
I like this shop, especially the cafe. The cafe staff are very pleasant and helpful.nHowever, the WC smells dreadful. I suggest thatnit needs a deep clean and regular attention.
A great shop lovely looking food very clean. But expensive l can't afford to shop every day but I go in when I want a special meal .
