A fantastic store filled with all the things you’d expect from a Waitrose. Great parking facilities, handy location, and lovely food.
As we were only buying a couple of items we used the self checkout, the scales didn’t recognise my bag, looking round for help eventually an assistant arrived, she said nothing, made no eye contact in fact she was rude in her demeanour pushing infront of us, we were taken aback both looking at each other to check it had happened she then went over to the first manned check out and stood there chatting and laughing… I looked for someone to speak to there was no one at customer servicesnThis used to be a lovely store with welcoming, happy, chatty staff and I’m left disappointed. If she’s your customer champion I think you need to have a chat with her.nI do have her name if you’d like it Waitrose but won’t put it on here.
Able to buy everything I needed. Clean store and excellent range.
Great shop always have what I want and good choice
Well stocked with wide aisles. Beautifully clean.
