It's a waitrose in a slight grotty town.nStore as most are is very clean, well stocked and has loads of staff to help. I feel that more of the higher end products usually available are not stocked here, but for day to day shopping it is a great store with loads of free parking. Definitely the best supermarket in the local area.
Would really advise people not to order from this store on Uber. For the second time we've had mouldy fruit and vegetables picked by Waitrose staff who clearly don't care about the customer experience unlike other stores I visit. After calling store again once again I'm faced with staff that are quick to brush off problems as it's an outsourced delivery when in fact it's their staff that pick the products. Not impressed at all with this store once again.
Nice store, very friendly and helpful staff. I do have one recommendation to make it easier for customers like me who arrive in a tall vehicle. If you placed a sign before the approach road I would not have driven my motorhome up to the restriction. Obviously I then had to reverse which didn't really cause me much grief but appeared to for some car drivers who had to reverse to allow me out.
Really nice store, easy parking and super friendly staff, especially Steve I hope this was his name on the checkouts.nnFood is fresh, the selection is excellent and easy to navigate around. Checkout experience was also excellent.
Store is always clean and staff are really nice and helpful. No more expensive than other supermarkets if your shop savvy
