I telephoned to check the availability of an item I required for a Christmas gift, and to ask if that item could be put the thing by for me to collect later. When I arrived at the shop a number of staff were all fully aware of my name, the call and my purchase request, I found it all very refreshing in this day and age when many people you deal with don't seem to care or even try to be helpful..needless to say I collected the items very satisfactorily. So well done Waitrose and JL
Great supermarket, particularly if want something special. Excellent quality produce but on the pricey side compared to other supermarkets. Lovely clean store and friend staff.
