Giving 5 stars because there was a dry aged meat cabinet. Also with clean and tidy arrangement. Helpful staff.
Just like all other Waitrose's, this one is spectacular. The staff are lovely and it doesn't feel like you're just a number, and the food is much better than all other supermarkets, barring some things that are marginally better at Booths. Regardless, this is my favourite Waitrose store of all!
I have been made to feel terrible by your member of staff Peter . I went to cash 20 winning lottery tickets and he wasn’t happy that were to many. As soon as a lady que behind me he started rolling his eyes back and telling her will be a long wait because I have so many tickets and you could see he is not happy. So I had to tell him to cash the ones he did and i will come later and he replied” yes because you saved so many takes to much time”. They were 20 tickets bought from there , if Peter’s not comfortable there maybe you should suggest him a different position in the company . It’s not fair that he made me feel embarrassed in front of other people. I kept my mouth shut because of my respect for elderly people . But I don’t expect this treatment from a Waitrose shop.
Really nice atmosphere in store, mostly due to the lovely staff who are always smiley and helpful. I love shopping here!
One of the best supermarkets that we have in the area. Spoilt for choice but Waitrose and a couple of others always provide quality. This a good store and with parking
