Accidentally scanned an item twice at the self checkout and the staff member working on there on the morning of 14/3/18 at 9.10am couldn't have been any more rude . If she doesn't like her job or cannot be more understanding she should get another one where she doesn't have to deal with the public. Shame really because the staff are normally very good here .

A niceish place but staff make it horrible: very stuck up staff not willing to help but nice free coffee every time I go - I go just for that usually! Not stocked very well at all.

Good on ready made food. You can also arrange to have John Lewis deliveries delivered here at no charge currently. Ample parking behind store

Nice store, nice selection of quality products. However, the service really needs to be much faster at the checkout. Much faster.
