What can I say. Pricey but quality. You see stuff here you don't see anywhere else. Of particular note is their Yorkshire bread and ready to eat fruit such as pears which actually ARE ready to eat and not hard as swedes. Their fresh croissants with a cup of their free coffee are to die for. And they have wonderful cheese selection and salads. I love this place 😍

Still the best supermarket in Abergavenny. Excellent produce, friendly staff, out of town location and good parking. It isn't necessarily more expensive than other supermarkets e.g. their essentials greek yoghurt is cheaper than Morrison's and so much nicer. Produce can be a little more pricey but is arguably of better quality (and seems to last longer).

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Efficiently run store. My first visit to a Waitrose shop wish there was one nearer where I live. Prices on par with other supermarkets. Very busy at checkout but another till was quickly opened.

Waitrose is ideal for me, a friend gets the wheelchair and we put the basket on the front. It is great that I can choose my food and other requirements and feel I am still able to be in control of my own shopping.being able to park in the disabled area is so good. Staff so very helpful.

Management and customer service awful! The head office is not any better either. For a pricey shop you would expect very different. Staff feel they rule here.
