It's a very clean and orderly place, the atmosphere is mostly pretty quiet and calm, customer service is especially good I remember getting help locating items from an employee called Alicia. Overall a good place to stop off and get quality items.
Clean, lovely staff, good parking!nHowever:nToo often the ice cream freezers are empty, please bring more flavours of Judes and more Italian Gelato pistachio and Amareno Cherries, PLEASE, it is summer time!
I want to give a big five stars to the very knowledgable fishmonger Luca, who gave me some very helpful advice on how to cook a special meal. It is great that Waitrose continues to have fish counters so that we can all use this excellent service and make the most of expertise.
Right in the heart of Surbiton, just a stone's throw from the train station. Enjoy upto 2 hours of free parking—perfect for a leisurely grocery run. Medium-sized with a decent selection of groceries and wide aisles for easy browsing. Bring your own cup for a free coffee, just scan the Waitrose App. Last visit, the staff seemed a bit off, so I used the self-checkouts as the queues were building up at the tills. Waitrose isn't quite what it used to be—prices are still high, but the value doesn't seem to match up anymore.
