Free parking up to 2 hours see pic, great location in heart of Surbiton, near the station. Medium size store with good variety of groceries and wide aisles. Shame the free coffee machines for loyal customers no longer available.
Well laid out store with very wide range of items including excellent fresh fish. Staff helpful and modest to no queues at checkout most of the time. Good greatly baked breads. Self checkout tills recently improved: still far from perfect but better than they were.
Good shopping experience not the cheapest but certainly has a good selection of quality foods and wine. The fresh fish, meat and cheese counters are a joy.nAlso, Well done to Waitrose for a great job in providing support to those less fortunate.
I popped into Waitrose with my two kids aged 3 and 4 months. Couldn't find parent parking so just parked in a normal bay, when I got out I saw this... Would've been nice if it was available to park in as there's not many parenting parking bays as there is!
They used to have a great customer service and very helpful staff not anymore. Always low on stocks specialy on fruit and vegetable section. It doesn't matter what time of the day you get there; they are short of stock. Staff are not helpfull at all.
