Right in the heart of Surbiton, just a stone's throw from the train station. Enjoy upto 2 hours of free parking—perfect for a leisurely grocery run. Medium-sized with a decent selection of groceries and wide aisles for easy browsing. Bring your own cup for a free coffee, just scan the Waitrose App. Last visit, the staff seemed a bit off, so I used the self-checkouts as the queues were building up at the tills. Waitrose isn't quite what it used to be—prices are still high, but the value doesn't seem to match up anymore.
Such kind and helpful staff. Great range of products, I just wish Duchy turkey slices were in stock more often but I think they sell out very quickly.
I always find this store a good shopping experience. A wide range of good quality food,wines, beers, spirits and house hold products are available plus visit the fish & meat counters for that little extra.nParking is available for shoppers.
Never has the bread I'm looking for and every time you ask they have an excuse or they say they don't get enough requests for it but there's normally at least one other person there trying to get a loaf. Bloody annoying.
Had a lovely experience today with Christian at the deli counter. Made us smile and laugh alongside his generally great customer service. Proper gent
