Visited this shop last week which had a wide range of goods as well as a cookshop and cafe. The only downside is having to pay £1 in cash to park which I didn't realise....

I absolutely love this store as everything about it is excellent. It's within walking distance to my home.  The quality and variety of food is excellent, staff are friendly and welcoming. It also has loads of optional extras such as, free coffee, cafe, seating area, parking and toilets. Definitely a store to recommend to family and friends.

Store is fine but the toilet is always dirty and smelly, I hope the state on the food counters have better facilities!

Restaurant /café can be a little slow sometimes.  Don't know why as they seem to be working hard enough.

Better than M&S in Sevenoaks- good customer service, friendly staff who usually problem solve - and very helpful to disabled  people, and are so kind to the elderly shoppers too. there's only one or two that aren't so friendly that can slightly tarnish a visit to your store, but due to all the great service I've had, it is still 5 stars in comparison to the others. 
Food is very good quality- much better by far than M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco etc. And it's the only place to buy Jacksons bread, which is the best in my opinion.
