I expected a small shop this being at a motorway service station but I was surprised to find out it had a lot of aisles and options as you would fund in a regular Waitrose. And it was clean well lit and tidy as usual.

Always a nice little treat to be found in here. Really nice staff and a very clean store. Good selection of food a little more pricey than other retailers but you get what you pau for.
Quick, impolite, and disconnected service. Had everything we needed at the well hiked convenience price. I love spending twice the amount on products we've been caught short on, whilst on a long journey. Toilets were clean next door though! Will be sure to stock up before our next trip to avoid.
This Waitrose is at a motorway stop, so my expectations were low, however, this is a lovely well kept clean and tidy store. A spacious store with a good selection of products. Excellent place to get a snack or sandwich for your journey.
Lovely friendly staff. Dog friendly. Nice outdoor area. Very clean toilets love the smell of bleach in a public toilet It's a bit dark inside but lovely old building.
Got a voucher from Waitrose but have no store near me so went to service station to use on my way back north from the south and they refused to take it. And we'll expensive in the shop no wonder they had no customers.
Pretty good food selection, especially for some fancy sandwiches.
Usual good food but not a lot of it left at 2.30pm the dai I visited
