This is a lovely place to shop. It's not as big as some supermarkets but it still has everything you could be looking for and because it's in town you can have a wander round before doing the shopping, quite rare these days. The closest parking is 'Rope Walks' carpark and you get £1 1 hour in the car park off your shopping if you show proof of parking, you can stay for longer so that you can go to other shops too but they only pay for one hour which seems fair enough. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and well presented, what more could you ask?
I'm not sure his name but the gentleman driving the van with the REG: WM68 SVY last night helped me when all the roads got flooded and i was lost, wouldn't have been able to get to work without his help! Thank you so much
Every Saturday I go to Bridport Waitrose they only have two tills open self service won't take cash. Had a long wait at the counter & just as it was my turn there was a power cut, saw the manager he just said we had more than 2 checks outs open but I never see more 2 open, manager didn't seen intrested & just said have a nice day, it was market day & summer holiday with Bridport packed with customers yet only 2 on the tills a child could run the store better than this. Will use the other 2 super markets from now on as Waitrose can't be bothered to staff their tills
Lovely selection of food. I was imagining the Lovely meals I could create and making myself hungry
Great shop in Bridport, Dorset. Always full shelves.
