Great store. Plenty of parking needs better signage. The store itself is clean and bright with helpful staff and plenty of options for goods. We found a few items difficult to find due to signage inside too. Staff were on the whole very helpful in helping a wheelchair user access goods. We had one staff member who wasn't too helpful. Physically the store is very good for wheelchair users. Lots of space, a good amount of shelves were accessible and none of the dreaded floor displays of goods in aisles. The tills were spaced well and the till staff were very good at helping without babying me. Will be shopping here again in future.
The butcher is excellent and provides some amazing cuts of beef also their Japanese counter the 2 Japanese men always look after me in an impeccable manner as we don’t like Avocado so they make the tempura rolls without to order -nProfessional Chefs !
Quite a small supermarket by modern standards so it's less busy. Has everything you would need. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Very poor for Waitrose, which is suppose to provide quality products and quality services. Arrived for Nice lunch.... No hot food being provided. Tables not cleared. Young staff very stressed, no sign of a manager.. very little food available for a lot of money.... We will not be back. Shocking.
Great place to shop. Really has a lovely selection of everything. Lots of parking and the first 30 min is free.
