Good shop in the nice area, wide selection of products to choose from. The shelves always well stocked prices a little bit too high. You could pay just as much for a Waitrose essential product as you would for big brand product in ASDA. Staff are not that friendly on the shop floor but the people on the tills are friendly and helpful.

Rude staff, awful store. Here's a tip, don't use the local shops in the town as the Waitrose staff will accuse you off stealing, so you can't shop in Wallingford then have things in your bag and go into Waitrose as they seem intent of putting the local shops out of business and only want you to buy from there.

Helpful, polite staff. A well stocked Waitrose store. Car park can be a bit of a challenge at times though.

"Free parking for customers" RIGHT. Misleading sign tells you you will get a refund if you spend over £5. But they only ever refund an hour's worth aka 40p. Now i rarely have that on me. I put £1 in and was in and out in about 5min but was robbed of 60p. It's only 60p but it's the principle that you are ripping off a customer which clearly makes me feel dumb and tricked rather than valued, it's appalling. Staff is fantastic, i'm always well served when i visit but the car park policy is pure garbage and feels like a scam. Anyone without small change just park elsewhere. I'm disappointed and will avoid Waitrose as much as possible now despite the lovely staff.
