I go in Waitrose almost daily. Well stocked, clean, easy to park, hardly ever queue. Every member of staff are lovely. Always smiling and friendly. Great!

Excellent stock and quality of goods. Friendly helpful staff and loads of parking with a good cafe and papers to read. Free coffee for card holders.

There was not much stock on the shelves. Some of the veg looked tierd. The staff are steady. Not enough tills open and waited ages. Not good enough when it is dearer there. It cost me £70 more for what I got than where I have been going as Waitrose has lost what it had over the others. Very disappointed.

Really going down hill, heating seems to broken more than working, the cafe has not served hot drinks for over a week and its breakfast price went up a few months ago but quality has dropped!! The stock seems to be hit a miss with obvious empty shelf's at time. The organic range which is supposed to be waitroses selling points is often lacking. On the plus side (hence 2 rather than 1 star) the staff are always friendly and helpful despite the obvious problems.

Has a good snack bar with all day breakfast and varied selection of other things. The shop is larger than many with an excellent range.
