I've shopped at a few different London branches of Waitrose. The Mill Hill branch has the best service. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. Also a great range of products, apart from BOL salads. I've only ever purchased from Waitrose in Westfield White City.

It has everything you'd expect at a Waitrose. There is coffee and a patisserie although there is nowhere nice to sit inside to drink a cup of coffee with a slice of cake or a biscuit. There are toilets but they look a bit tired and need to be spruced up a bit. You have all the extra services such as click and collect, dry cleaning and so on. The staff though are very helpful.

As for a local shop, I am amazed by the variety of products. Great selection of cheese, meat, fish counter and selection of all possible wines are beverages. Staff is always on your request and tills are never overcrowded. Thank you Waitrose !

Large and bright branch, with all the ranges of products that waitrose usually stocks. Lots of parking space for the shop. Helpful and friendly staff.

The stock levels at this branch are appalling, shelves are often empty and I never manage to buy everything on my list. There are often long queues because only a few checkouts are open.
