Spacious and clean, everything’s well-organised. High in prices compared to average supermarkets. I came at 7 pm and sadly some vegetables are out of stock, maybe need to visit earlier
Fantastic experience using Waitrose delivery. The delivery driver was so friendly and knowledgable recognising it was my first order took the time to talk me through it. We sadly had a few items out of stock and he credited them right away. The food we did have though was absolutely gorgeous. Will become a regular customer now we know they deliver to our area. Thank you!
My wife and I called in to treat ourselves to a nice steak for dinner on our way home after a particularly tough week at work. We asked John, the butcher, for his advice on a cut, which he readily offered. He also gave us an offcut of fat and talked us through using it to quickly make a tallow to cook our streak in. I very rarely write reviews but this was an excellent price of customer service that I thought worth highlighting.
One of the cleanest supermarkets I've been in. Nice wide aisles. Smartly dressed and helpful staff. Sells a lot of items other supermarkets do not.
We were just in to spend a Christmas present voucher for £50 bought 6 nice bottles and only had to pay £6ish staff really friendly. Good
