A very lovely lady who was by the self checkouts at around 10:30 today was really helpful and smiley. There are always nice people working here. Though they could have better vegan options. There is a car park behind too
Waitrose by its nature is more expensive that ASDA, etc. But if you need an odd item it's going to be cheaper than the costs of fuel to save a few pennies. And now there is an Aldi at Billingshurst which is a big branch and worth it.
A standard Waitrose. Range of items a little bit limited, but all in all fine. Quality is as you would expect from a Waitrose. Some staff are very friendly; two in particular without naming names seem completely indifferent towards customers.
bit expensive but a good selection of everything you need. right next to a costa and hanwells, and very close to the rest of storrington village. it's a fair distance from any other grocery shop so although it's expensive its definitely useful to have this waitrose if you live nearby. there are also charity shops in the same square, and a truffles bakery. same sort of thing as youd expect from any other waitrose to be honest. the olives are so nice i would definitely recommend giving them a try
Safety is the main theme at this time. They always monitor who coming in and out during their opening hours. Its clean, Normally has what you want and I use the quick scan tills. Makes it so much easier. Great store, The hub of Storrington. 8/10 Ps - It has also got a fairly big carpark to.
Good store, good parking, although carpark is currently being remodelled Update, the remodelling and carpark are complete. Both are now improved. It is a more expensive store but it seems to have a few more lines available now. In fairness it is the only real supermarket option in Storrington itself, but it is certainly an improvement on what it was.
Second attempt at a click and collect order. Having given the benefit of the doubt first time round, it’s now clear that they simply do not know what they’re doing. Both times several members of staff seemed completely flummoxed by their own system. Both times it would have been significantly quicker just to have gone round the shop and got the shopping myself. Having to wait 20 minutes or more is ridiculous.
Visited this supermarket lots over the span of about three years. Always busy and the car park can get very filled especially at weekends. Waitrose can be a little pricey for some products. The customer service was generally fine but one particular staff member was always quite rude unfortunately. If it's busy and youre looking for a trolley, you can often fish one out of the nearby river/pond.
Well laid out shop. Plenty of choice. Helpful staff
