Fantastic for dogs of all ages and sizes. Very friendly staff.  Has everything to keep your dog entertained from an agility course to go find. Start at 7am college at 5pm, he's knackered.

I have stopped taking my Labrador to wags as the owner is so rude and only cares about the money doesn’t care less about the animals in his care I watch my dog from the top window get bit on his ear and when I asked about it 5 minutes after the staff intervened they lied to my face and said he came in with a cut ear disgusting place I would take him back there if you paid me avoid at all costs and go to doggy do littles in Clifton much nicer place and people my lab loves it there

Amazing doggy day care. Not just day care but teaching and playing with the dogs. They even had father christmas today! Well trained staff always ready to help or advise.

Discriminate due to breed without meeting a dog. She’s a Siberian husky with the best nature & personality but apparently too boisterous!!!!! What!!!! All huskies what a joke, I would have used them a lot as I have 2 other dogs but 100% would not now. Worth the drive to my existing daycare that doesn’t discriminate and my baby girl has the best time playing with other dogs and she isn’t boisterous . Not a happy owner today

My dog loves WAGS!  And all the other dogs that I see arriving and departing love it too.  The staff DO ensure a temperament test is undertaken with every dog that starts at this School of Excellence and will also let you know if your dog looks unhappy or uneasy at being enclosed with other dogs.  WAGS was recommended to me by another user of this service and I can't thank her enough.  I have total piece of mind that he is being looked after well - they even ensure he is brushed before I pick him up.  The staff make a real effort to introduce new activities and keep the dogs occupied.

My pug Bennie went to Wags. Colin the owner is so rude and arrogant! They certainly put business before your pets! I caught them dropping my dog off 1.5 hours early5pm,to which they said thats the only time they could do, but still charge me til 6.30pm SO HE WAS ONLY THERE FOR 6.5 HOURS PER DAY BUT I WAS CHARGED £85 PER WEEK. I accidently left my key in the door one day and instead of ringing me a member of staff took him home, i got invoiced £15 for them doing so, they used to leave my poor pug in complete darkness, i asked them why, to which they stated they wasnt aware that i wanted them to turn the lights on. Most days he wouldnt have water and they just left him like that. The owner Colin, then said it was unfair to me paying full price as my dog was in half days, he offered a £5.00 reduction! Shameful.I recommend you use a different company who puts your Dogs first!

Great place to take your dog for a day of fun. Our dog seems to really enjoy it and is always shattered when we pick her up. Really good for socialising your dog too. Highly recommend
