Everything about this amazing pub was 5* from the moment we walked in.nFriendly welcoming atmosphere and dog friendly too. With 2 of their own doggies roaming around, both friendly and well behaved! Was a huge plus for us.nA gorgeous garden we choose to sit in the comfy seating pergola area.nThe food was out of the question incredible. Fresh and even catered off the menu for my son. Certainly deserve there award winning title.nnWe are from Cambridgeshire and this is without a doubt the best pub we have ever been in.nThank you so much for such wonderful and genuine hospitality
Absolutely amazing.nThe food was just simply amazing, fresh, hot and came out quickly..nBut the service was on another level..nWe were served by Becky who was just simply brilliant.nShe was unbelievably polite, friendly and professional.nShe went above and beyond to make our visit one to remember.nWe will definitely return

A great place to eat in Newtown. One of the best steaks I have eaten in a pub. the chef is obviously very talented and cares about serving good food
A really nice family pub and restaurant. We didn't eat but sat in the beer garden. Really friendly and very attentive team. Definitely coming back and looking forward to eating here next time.
