This is my third time ordering here and was not disappointed. The delivery was very quick and the food was delicious. I can definitely recommend it and will order again. my whole family enjoyed it very much!
First class service. Needed to adapt a dish as daughter didn't like prawns. Staff very happy to accommodate. Mentioned it was her birthday and found a slice of cheese cake in bag when we got home.
The service was quick, efficient and spot on. The lady that served us took the time to offer selections and recommended choices on the menu. She would continuously check in as well. Good customer service can go unnoticed but this lady was sure to leave her touch.
Went here with my other half who has some pretty serious allergy restrictions; We were seated quickly, the manager took our order with care and was helpful working through the comprehensive allergy menu with us. The food was fantastic quality, we felt safe eating here and the staff were lovely!
I have an allergy and the manager made my food, it was amazing to be so well catered for and looked after. I am giving four stars because they forgot to put through my friend's order but they did put it through quickly and give us a discount so thank you for that.
Lovely food as usual, very tasty and authentic. Tried the new chilli squid that was particularly good. They were kind and accommodating when a mistake was made on my order. A bit costly, but the nice environment and food make it worth it. They also have my favourite beer Asahi, so yay!
Loved the food absolutely delicious, this was my first time at a wagamamas and I was pleasantly surprised. The only reason I've given 4 stars is the location of the restaurant inside West Quay, I wish they would relocate to one of the outside areas as they stay open all evening and the view is better.
