Amazing high-quality food, delicious every time. Quick and friendly service. I eat here regularly and get deliveries too. There is usually a queue to get seating shame they don't accept bookings. I especially enjoy the chilli squid and the pork belly or beef brisket ramen.
Food was good and service okay but the gentleman who asked us to leave very quickly because the mall was going to close I would recommend doing so in a slightly different tone in future. This way you lose customers !Food: 4/5
Really nice blonde manager with an accent, I think her name was Nicole, and daisy who served us. Food was delicious and she gave us some extra! The manager heard my friend had a bad throat so she also supplied him with some herbal tea that she said would help - this was such a nice gesture for her to notice and action! Definitely will be coming back to this restaurant because the service was great!
Service fine nothing against the staff but the food absolutely we both left the plates full and the waitress was surprised and asked us if want to take it away we left and paid the bill. Seriously I think the people leaving positive comments either are members of staff working for the company or are kinda people that eat any garbage you put in front of them sorry if I have been very specific. I seriously felt sick. never again Antonio
I love the staff that work here. They are so amazing, polite, patient and friendly. We had a very nice dinner. I love the pronoun badges which make it really easy to use proper pronouns with people. There tends to be a large queue so book ahead. Or just wait it out because quite often they just want to look busy and there are actually a lot of spaces. My one complaint would be that the food wasn’t as nice as I thought it was going to be. It felt a little under flavoured.
The food was fine, but the service was excellent. Alex was a star, he has elevated the customer service bar. If you're there, and if he is around you will know. Thanks Alex
I recently visited Wagamama at the West quay Shopping Center in Southampton and overall had a positive experience. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly and attentive. The menu had a good variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan options, which I appreciated. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The prices were reasonable and in line with what I expected for a chain restaurant. I would definitely recommend this location to others looking for a tasty and casual dining experience
Food was lovely with plenty of veggie or vegan options. My 10 year old daughter enjoyed the kids size portion of chicken and noodles that we ordered it twice more! The waitress was very friendly, polite and efficient. Would go again.
We travel all over the UK, Wag's is a favourite for consistent good food. But I must say this is the best! The food is always slightly better prepared and presented, and the staff are so friendly and pleasant, particularly Ellen who is adorable. Well worth a detour if you are in the area.Food: 5/5
