Food was alright. Partner loved it. Average customer service as I asked for no chili oil but was given it then asked for a dessert but got ignored. I was very disappointed as I have trouble eating spicy food. We weren't given discount or anything in return. Not going back and bit pricey.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Wagamama and it’s gone from sitting on a bench next to random people to sitting in a booth and being more restaurant-y if that makes sense. The food is still of a decent quality and comes in whichever one cooks first so starter, main, main, starter. Then randomly another starter arrived. Going at lunch time I thought it would have been busier but was pretty empty which allowed lots of spacing throughout. The service was good and we were attended to the perfect amount. Not too much and enough so we weren’t ignored. Also, it’s strange but we just paid via QR code and then left… Not sure if I am a fan of that but it seems so impersonal but I get it. Wagamama is still a good place to go, so try everything that isn’t the Katsu Curry because that is what everyone gets!
Fairly large and clean Wagamama's restaurant in the middle of a leisure park. We visited on a Sunday afternoon at about 1pm, and didn't have to wait at all you can't book at Wagama's. The serving staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was very nice. A good range of vegetarian/vegan options. Overall a good experience. Vegetarian options: I had the vegan "chicken" ramen see photo, which was very nice surprisingly spicy.
It was ok but the food came at all different times and was really noisy. Plus the bathroom were very clean and was no toilet roll in most of the cubicle. Food was ok but overall I would be recommending this place. Plus the workers weren’t that friendly to us as I have bee. There twice it didn’t seem a one off thing. But the food was ok one friend did find a bit a hair in there food thought.
Great food as usual but service was slightly slower than we would have liked. Was fairly busy for a Sunday early evening
I haven't been to wagamama for years and I I so pleased I went after work. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was delicious and hot. We ended up staying for almost 2 hours by ordering more food and more drinks! It was busy but we only queued for 5 or so minutes to get in.
The vegan options are so delicious. It’s my favourite place to eat in Stevenage for vegan food. Sadly the dessert choices were limited, not sure why this is. Reasonably priced.
The food was perfect. The restaurant was excellent.the staff was lovely and well presented and friendly and knew what they also doing.
We order 2 pork belly ramens for collection. Our ramens were lovely. Very nice and fresh. Very happy with our order. Best ramen like always. Update: after we visit this place for dine in we where still very happy with our order. We tried chicken dumplings. Very good . Would defo order again. And some fresh juice-hivefive and blueberry spice. Both nice just little warm. And pork belly ramen like always amazing just little too spice this time. Give just 4 stars because just for some reason we got our sides first and then mains and then drinks. Drinks should come always first.
Me and my friends went for a meal and enjoyed the food and there was great service , they also presided my friend with a gluten free menu aswell !
