Always good food but when asked if able to do a kids size portion of a normal meal recipe, was told no bit then would do it as "good will gesture" and not to "expect it again" by manager... I presented medical card which showed I had stomach removed, and was treated as of I was a problem. All in all, this WAS my favourite restaurant and food has always been good but due to experience, I'll be finding a new favourite place and not going back.

First time at Wagamamas.. Really welcoming, our waitress was so lovely and recommended food to us, the food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. The food was so lovely. Great value for money and probably one of my favourite restaurants now. Highly recommend.

Me and my sister went there for her birthday and we have found this very nice restaurant were you can have a very delicious meal accompanied by a healthy drink fresh fruit juice, also the ladies are offering a very good customer service. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN!
Wagamama never disappoints you. You keep coming back and people love to queue for the amazing quality of food and service. This time we tried the Prawn Kushiyaki, Chicken Gyoza, Chicken Raissukari, Firecracker Chicken, Chocolate Orange Cake and Smoked Chocolate Caramel Cake. The green tea helped us to stay warm and fresh. Nicely located next to the Atria Watford and close to the Watford High Street station.
Great place to hang out with friends. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the staff knew the menu numbers by heart which impressed my friend and I. Food was delicious as always
My favourite restaurant as I love spicy food. Always love the food. Lovely friendly staff. Warm atmosphere. Yesterday, I celebrated my daughter’s birthday there and the 5 of the staff brought the birthday cake singing happy birthday which was absolutely fantastic: nice surprise. Thank you guys.
Nice food. A Good range of veg and vegan dishes. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Nearest parking is inside the Intu complex. Which is only a 2 minutes walk. The new miso corn starter is finger licking delicious.
You cannot pass or enter easily with a wheelchair as food delivery motorbikes blocking the footpath. Winter times it is not the beat atmosphere as they keep opening the door for food deliveries and cold air keeps blowing in on average of 20-30 seconds intervals! Used to be good but unfortunately it is going down hill! Taken for ever to get the other to be taken then main came first then starter followed then everything comes out wrong some people arrived later still get served quickly and all food arrived for them while we are waiting! Used to be our favourite place! We will definitely not return!
