Food was quite good, I had the pad Thai. The service was decent. I wish our food had come out all at once. My husband had finished his main course by the time he got his appetiser. It was a Friday night so they were quite busy, and we waited about 15 minutes for a table, which wasn’t bad for how busy they were, but they have this nice big waiting area by the bar and no where to sit down. I think it make it a bit nicer if they just added a bench or something in the bar area.
As always Wagga's interesting and delicious food is excellent, always a treat to eat! I never think the old regent hotel is a great venue it somehow doesn't seem to gel very well, seems a bit cavernous somehow to me Staff nice and friendly and helpful
We had a really tasty meal, a good few gluten free and vegan options. Although some of them aren't on the menu i.e kimchi and vegan egg. It's a longer wait because the manager has to take your order if you have allergies. The food was all delicious, the tempeh ssambap and the miso caramel ice cream were particularly scrumptious. The drinks are all really good too, though i tend to stick to non alcoholic drinks i had to admire to beauty of the pink gin. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because it is very loud and I've always experienced a quite long wait, to be noticed or checked in on for drinks or to pay. It's a shame that you can't order for delivery if you have allergies.
Quite easily one of the best Wagamama branches I have ever been to in terms of building and interior I absolutely loved it. The food is your typical Wagamama food just like any other branch. Service was a little bit slow though.
What another wonderful Wagamama's vegan fiesta! Lovely service, great food and a brilliant location. This branch is located in an old hotel and the high ceilings make for an airy and comfortable atmosphere. The food was lovely again and we very much enjoyed it! Went with a friend this time. Plates were cold so food wasn't very warm. Had our plates taken and the waitress said she'll come back with the dessert menu. She didn't come back with them so had to ask for the menu. No one came over to us to ask what we'd like for dessert. They just stood around not doing anything. Then when I ask for what I wanted which was 3 different flavours of one dessert they gave me just the one flavour. The menu is overpriced for what you get. Either they should cut down the prices or give bigger portions.
Lovely staff, fantastic service & food. A young lady Tommy was absolutely phenomenal in her attention to eyes looking over for help, and her colleagues for missing plates. Also complements the chef for perfectly prepped food & explaining that vegetarian dishes are cooked completely separately on separate hobs, in separate dishes and utensils. Will bring more of the vegan family in future. 1⃣ Vegetarian options: Great veggie options cooked separately and strictly so. Veggie family was happy. Kid-friendliness: Kids loved it. High chairs available.
We've come here twice. Once, the service was great and efficient before rush hour. The other time was during the rush hour after 530pm, the service was poor, as the waiter wasn't as attentive once food was served. Great food and drinks!Food: 4/5
