Very tasty Server bold assumption but i believe he was the manager was absolutely lovely - made us feel super comfortable :
The staff were friendly. The food was lovely. I will come again when I'm in the area UPDATE food still lovely so long as you don't mind eating while your husband watches because his hasn't arrived yet. This happened twice now but tonight I had finished my dinner for ages and his still hadn't come. Staff handled it well but we would prefer to eat together!
Fantastic service and such fresh food. Great range of spicy to mild dishes. Definitely something for everyone Dietary restrictions: Excellent vegan range
Very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food and good variety of options including vegan menu.
I had dinner here last weekend, I had never been to Wagamama before. We had to queue to get in but the queue moved quite quickly. We were brought menus while still in the queue, which helped to move things along. We were seated at a long table with several other people. We were asked about allergies and I was brought a menu with the items which could be made gluten free circled. I was happy with the meal I ordered, which was a chicken donburi, with a side of greens in a garlicky sauce. The main negative point would be that it was very noisy. We were going on to the cinema afterwards, so the prompt service was good.
Very disappointed tonight. Ordered 3 starters and a couple of mains. 2 dishes up to usual high standard. Chicken wings are usually cooked in sauce but tonight seemed to have been cooked seperate from the sauce and then added in the carton. Bang bang prawns had none of the usual dressing and no onions. Majority of the prawns themselves were burnt. Pad Thai was at best a half portion and lacked any real flavour. Usually a favourite and at £60+ in total including delivery this was certainly not worth the money tonight.
Stopped by on a whim to get some takeaways. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer a few questions about the menu. Food came pretty quickly and did not disappoint. Really fantastic flavours and good portions. Thoroughly enjoyed the phad thai. Delicious!Food: 5/5
Love wagamama. Menu changes regularly so always something new to try.Food: 5/5
One of our favourite places to eat! Have never had a bad meal in all the times we have visited. Firecracker chicken for the win! Shout out to the staff who always go above and beyond.
Has gone downhill since reopening after lock down. Standard of food has dropped dramatically. Going to leave it a brave few months before going back in the hope that things will improve.Food: 2/5
