The service wae shocking as soon as arrived the man started being weird & wasnt very friendly when we asked to sit at the front ..visiting Harrogate wag for a while but we went back recently the service and food was shocking food was bland tasteless had to load with soy and chilli tiny portions childs meal was wrong and so oily. One the servers dropped water all over us and just ran off without apologising i reported to the manager who was understanding and gave us some money off our bill. The starters were the only bit we enjoyed. Wont be returning anytime soon!
We were very happy with our visit to Wagamama Harrogate, and will definitely be returning. The vegan options were great, and didn’t really feel like an afterthought as they often can, and all of the meat substitutes were amazing in both taste and texture. We didn’t have long to wait for our food, and the staff were all very friendly. This was our first visit to a Wagamama long overdue! and was a painless easy experience, just need more chopstick practice . Highly recommend for vegans and non-vegans alike, and can’t wait for a Wagamama to open up closer to Hull!

Really amazing experience, the food was absolutely delicious, the allergy menu was also really tasty and very big. The staff were very attentive and lovely will most definitely be going there again.
This place is the best! We came here a few weeks ago as it was my first time having Wagamama's and it really didn't disappoint! The food was amazing and the staff were so dedicated to their customer service from start to finish! Big shout-out to Lucie and Leigh for being so sweet and making it a lovely experience. Definitely will be back
Friendly service and a varied menu with options for vegetarians and vegans. I think the food has gone downhill in the past few years. It looks like the kitchen is trying to cover a fairly full restaurant and dozens of delivery orders. My meal lacked flavour, apart from the ginger on the top. I struggled to find any mushrooms, despite it being the key ingredient. There were crispy bits that just seemed to be burnt bits from the wok. Vegetarian options: Good selection and clearly marked. Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the restaurant is flat but the toilets may not be easily accessed. Worth checking.
Used to love Wagamama but tonight our delivery was mediocre at best. We ordered kimchi, only 2 small bits arrived. I ordered extra curry sauce, hardly any in the pot and hardly any sauce in the main dish. Still tasted good but portions were shocking!
Food was greatas always. The waiter was pushy and unwilling to provide us time to decide what to eat.just stood at the table til we decided, awkward He also proceeded to write all of our order on one of the mats which caused us massive confusion when trying to order extra starters. Based on this the party that accompanied me and myself will not be going to this site again. Parking: None for this site, some street parking.
Not been to Wagas for while, quality has gone way down. Not bad food but just average and way to expensive for the portions. Service left a lot to be desired, it was just bad and none of the staff actually seemed to give a dam.
