Had a good time as we dropped in sometime between lunch and dinner. Food quantity and quality is always up to their standard. All the dishes we had were great, except for the veg gyoza- hard pass. It didn’t have much taste at all. The Cherry blossom mocktail is now my absolute favourite!!! Very good service and the overall relaxed and open ambience adds to the experience. Will definitely return!
Wagamama is a great restaurant in general, but the one in wansworth is vibrant and spacious. The staff work very efficiently, are friendly and accommodating. I was served by a woman called Colleen and had great banter with a server called Aslam. I went for dinner with a friend and we ordered a Vegatsu & Chicken Ramen. It was delicious. This place is beautiful with amazing lighting and good seating. A prefect place for an intimate gathering. There are a vast array of good vegan options and allergies are taken very seriously. During my most recent visit 2024, I went again with my cousin and it was lovely. Darlyn the manager at the time was phenomenal. Well-versed in the best food options on the menu, good vibe and hardworking. Darlyn is a darlinggggg. Love her. She ensured we got our food on time, was very engaging and exuberant. AJ our server was also very friendly. We ordered the Chicken hotpot and the Tofu hopot....absolutely delicious. Lovely flavours and the steamed rice cakes were the best. I had never had them before and they are soft
Was very hungry and decided to try local Wagamama based near Southside shopping centre. It was busy with lots of families and kids. Did get a nice table at the back, and the lady who sat me was very friendly and attentive. Service was quick, and my rammen dish with grilled chicken was delicious. As always professional and extremely tasty food. Clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and efficient. This particular branch is local to us so we do visit it regularly. Kids also love it.
Ordered a wagamamas from Wandsworth on Deliveroo. Came missing salad, and the cutlery we’d requested. The mushroom bao buns were disappointing. Due to my missing salad, I paid £14 for a katsu curry which was just chicken sauce and rice. Felt absolutely ripped off. Deliveroo would not automatically credit me so I had to waste time making a complaint with them. As a relatively expensive takeaway option this was very disappointing.
We recently dined at Wagamama at Wandsworth on our wedding anniversary and had the pleasure of being served by Gabriel knows as Gabi. The experience was outstanding, largely due to her exceptional service. From the moment we were seated, Gabi was attentive and welcoming. Gabi provided excellent recommendations, clearly knowledgeable about the menu and eager to ensure we had the best dining experience. Gabi friendly demeanor and positive attitude made us feel right at home. Throughout our meal, Gabi checked in with us just the right amount, ensuring our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Gabi handled special requests with ease and accommodated dietary preferences with a smile. The highlight was when Gabi noticed our indecision about main meal and offered a detailed description of each option, helping us choose the perfect ending to our meal. Overall, Gabi demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like, making our visit to Wagamama truly memorable. I highly recommend Gabi service to anyone dining there and hope to be served by her again in the future.
We had late lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and chill. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. Both the dishes we tried were tasty rice bowl and udon noodles with chicken and very good portions. The cocktails were delicious and had good presentation.
