Very good service. We were seated at a corner without much interruption. Food is full of fusions indeed. The starters were quite nice. For the mains, salmon & chicken were cooked thoroughly to avoid food poisoning, which is understandable. Personally would prefer adequate amount of seasoning and just-right cooking time. Overall, it’s an option to go for before your movie next door.
Great customer service, I went with my sisters for lunch after blowing. The staff were all amazing an kind. Specially the staff that was serving us, Mo x. He was lovely and friendly and constantly checked if everything ok with our food. He was also very friendly with my little sister who just loves to talk non stop. Thank you very much for the great experience.
Been visiting this branch since the branch opened many years ago. Never had any issues - it offers fast, friendly service, menu options updated regularly with good selection of vegetables and vegan options. Free and easy parking and a bus stop nearby makes it accessible to all. Bowling, cinema and swimming at the Leisure park too, making it an idea place to visit for a local day out. It will be missed by the local community when it's closed down to make way for the new planned development.
food is alright, but terribly overpriced. service was alright but you order on your phone so they don’t do much. food was good, but portion sizes are very small & not worth it for the money. got the teriyaki chicken donburi and it looked like a kids portion. you’re better off going to a local japanese restaurant & getting cheaper and more food!!

The food is great, however overall it is a stressful dining experience. Service is awful. When waiting, no staff came to check how many were in the parties in the line and they gave us no indication of when we would be seated - also the waiting area is too small and we waited outside for 10 minutes before we even got inside to wait some more. The food all comes out at different times. The couple next to us had one person's meal arrive 20 minutes after their partners. And we had our side dishes arrive 15 minutes after our main dishes. I ordered extra katsu hot sauce with my curry, which came 10 minutes after I was brought the curry itself. We asked for glasses of water and waited over ten minutes without them before asking someone else who brought them out within a minute. So it also depends on who you ask. They didn't take our order for 15 minutes after we sat down, too. And all staff members walked around looking down and avoiding eye contact so we couldn't ask them for anything easily. They no longer write your table number on the paper table cover so you can't pay online without speaking to staff first, which, again, is a struggle for attention. These things have also happened over the last few times I have been to Finchley wagamamas. I won't be coming back to this location again. I might try others though as the food is very tasty. Vegetarian options: They no longer do a vegetarian or vegan menu. And the amount of veg dishes has decreased
The food is great and fresh. Unfortunately, the service lets experience down, which affects the atmosphere as the staff take time to take your order and the food then arrives gradually. Even takes time to receive the bill once catching a servers attention for it! Parking is easy. If planning to visit before seeing a film I would advise leaving plenty of time.
Ate here with my GF last week, had a decent meal. Food arrived quite quickly. Wpuld reccomend the Katsu curry. But wouldnt rwcommend the corn on the cob dish, it looks alot better in the pictures. 4.0/5Food: 4/5
I often visit this branch and this occasion was really poor quiet night, 5 tables in so can’t even blame it being busy. We asked the servers for green tea which they completely forgot about fair enough these things happen and then asked to PAY and they forgot about us again. When it took so long I had to stand up and I approached 2 staff members manager and waiter at the front of house. They carried on their conversation as if I wasn’t there and then gave me a brief ‘Yeah yeha I’ll be right over’ before I could even say anything. I am highly emphatic and can understand as I’ve worked in restaurants and retail before the challenges of serving multiple tables, but we felt so ignored and the service was just unpleasant overall. No apologies either when they finally came over to us so we could finally leave and pay.
I have visited this establishment on 3 occasions and have been very happy with the service. On the weekend it was a treat to eat there and both was to much trouble. Yesterday I was served by another manager Antelina and she was very helpful, supportive and accommodating. You are never felt rushed to leave. Thank you for a lovely service
