Love Wagamama but not eaten in Winchester restaurant before. Quick service for 2 dishes and very slow for the third so much that I had finished before my mums arrived. Nice and tasty food.Food: 4/5
My daughter, grandkids and myself had a super meal here. All the plates were cleaned up!I had a delicious Pad Thai with chicken and prawn. The buns were to die for.My grandaughter has several serious allergies and we had no worries at all by the service she had from the Chef and those front of house.Should have 10 stars !! Dietary restrictions: My Granddaughter has egg nut, sesame and dairy allergies. She was treated like a Princess and felt like a very special little girl.We had no worries at all and will definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: So very kid friendly. My three grandkids were treated royally by such caring, friendly staff.I was so impressed and touched.Lovely staff! Wheelchair accessibility: I walk with a stick and had no problems with accessibility.
Food was so good here! And they have a fairly good variety of choices. We had some of the fresh juices to start, all of which were yummy! Our friend had Tantanmen Ramen and really enjoyed it. The curry was what I ordered . That was amazing! We tried several different desserts and each was unique and brought their own deliciousness to the table! Food was served pretty quick after ordering.
My daughter is coeliac and loved her meal. Separate gluten free menu, prepared in separate area with no risk of contamination. The staff answered all our questions and gave us the reassurance we needed. Thank you, really appreciate the fact that my daughter can eat out “normally” and enjoy it. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free coeliac safe Kid-friendliness: Kids colouring and staff nice to kids
We had Yasai veg Gyoza, raisukaree curry, bang bang cauliflower, and tofu hot pot. Loved the hot pot and Gyoza. Cauliflower, not so much. Would love to try ramens and donburi varieties. The staff was polite. You can either pay them from the website, a bit combursome, or use a pos device. I think this online payment is to cut the costs further. My kid was given crayons on arrival, which was nice.
We had such a lovely time here. Karl is without a doubt one of the kindest waiters we’ve ever met. Very energetic and willing to advise us with anything. The food was great, perfect quantities and we didn’t wait that much. So we encourage you to give it a try. We didn’t take pictures of all the dishes though.Food: 5/5
Service is always great in here, no matter how busy they are. Staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I always go here for the vegan options. Service is always very fast so it's great when you're tired and hungry to pop in and get wholesome tasty vegan food! Dietary restrictions: Vegan
Ordered from waga for first time on deliveroo. Utter litter. Cold food which had clearly been reheated. The beef description was tender and succulent. But actually like chewing an old leather trainer. Salad was cardboard. First and last time. Sign of the times that people accept this poor imitation of food and pay for the privilege. No wonder company’s like this come and go. When a Labrador won’t eat your beef guys you need to look at yourselves. Worst takeaway ever by a long way.
Went here for my son's birthday. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and service was great, nothing was too much trouble. We had a person using a wheelchair so it was great to have an accessible toilet within easy reach. Loved the ice cream with coconut. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible facilities were clean.
The food was to a good standard but the service wasnt great. Had the beef brisket ramen and it was perfect with just the right levels of spice. However, I went on a Sunday lunchtime and we got our own drinks from the bar as we were waiting so long. We also only saw our server once.Food: 5/5
