It was our first time eating at Wagamama, and we were very happy with our meals Usually I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but when I decided to order one of the spicy vegan dishes, I was not disappointed because I thought it was absolutely delicious! The presentation of my order was also really impressive. Unfortunately, the waitress who served us was quite slow and a bit lazy but everything else was good. Thank you

First time eating here. You can't book, so had a little wait for a table, allow extra time if you have cinema booked etc. Food was lush, very tasty. The sharing starters are awesome, recommend all of them! Food comes out in dribs and drabs, but didn't take too long and we just tucked in to whatever turned up first as we all shared. Will be back to try out some other dishes. Yum yum
Delicious food, outside terrace, has a lovely view of water and boats. Waiters are polite. Food prep was very quick, not a long wait until food was served. Overall experience positive.
This waga experience was incredible; the chefs added flavour and balance to each dish. The staff were informative and quick to serve. Would be nice to be offered chop sticks but otherwise a flawless experience during a busy payday service on Saturday. You can pay via a QR code which is great.
I loved Wagamama as I'm a celiac and they have a separate menu, but the last two times I've now gone I've raisukaree and the spring onions were NOT finely sliced they were long and soggy, the peppers were all green bar one small piece, and there wasn't much sauce. So I had left them both and half the rice. As no sauce to help the dry rice go down. The waitress did check to see if it was spring onion and it was. My husband's meal had them thinly sliced so I know it's possible. I know the green peppers is a me thing which I wouldn't mind if the rest of the meal was okay. The starter was good tho. Just ashame I won't be able to have this curry again Dietary restrictions: I would say it's great but I no have one less thing I can get after having two experiences with the same thing wrong with the curry

Really rude staff. Haven't eaten there before, so don't really know how it works. Waitress was very short when explaining they don't really do starters, everything just comes out when it's ready. This works well as a business practice but when your dining with people let's be honest most people don't go by themselves and one of you is waiting ages longer for their meal etc it's a bit annoying. It's set up like a canteen but the price is hefty and the service is poor, it's a bit strange that people rave about it really. You could get away with the service being rubbish if it were cheap and cheerful but here it always feels like the servers don't want to be there but get in a huff when you obviously don't leave a tip. What a peculiar place. Food is ok but nothing special.
We have been there for our first time and the restaurant, the food and the staff everything is absolutely amazing. Lovely staff, tasty food plus they are kids friendly.
