The servings were quite big for our party of 3 2 adults and 1 child. We could’ve eaten off on the kids menu. We had ramen I had the grilled pork ramen, the wife had the chicken gyoza ramen while our son had the chicken katsu. They were all quite good. Would’ve been nice if they had pork katsu. I would definitely recommend it.
Very nice ramen. The noodles were a bit stuck together but the broth and toppings were phenomenal. The asian beers and ebi katsu are also worth a try.
Food what actually came was very good. Part of the order missing not in the slightest bit bothered or apologetic had to wait an age for amended bill. Service shocking won’t be going shame because chefs do a good job
got wagamama Fulham Broadway on Deliveroo - ordered veg gyozas and we received duck gyozas and yasai dumpling ramen bowl and it there was no ramen broth in the ramen and about 1/4 full and cold. Looked like the whole meal had been prepared in 10 seconds
Great service but didn't like that each meal was brought out one at a time, with significant time between each dish. We have experienced this in various parts of Asia, however we've never had a situation where some of us had finished our meals before others had received theirs.
Fast on getting the food out which is a plus. Tap water tasted funny thou, edamame is definitely boiled in dumpling water or noodle water, also too much salt on it.
Ordered a Deliveroo this week from this restaurant. I ordered a Chicken Katsu Curry, and I phoned up before I placed the order and then afterwards requesting that the curry come in a separate container as the drivers usually man handle the containers and spill it. The lady I spoke to on the phone assured me that this was no issue - as you can see in the first picture the curry was not separate and curry was spilled. I appreciate that Wagamama sent me a replacement of the dish., This review is not only about the curry, but the quality of the food was shocking. As you can see in all of the pictures the chicken is horrendously overcooked... TWICE. It's one thing to send a dish overcooked once - but to send the replacement dish overcooked as well is ridiculous to me! Additionally the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller, what you see in the plate is the amount of chicken you get in the takeout... When I phoned Wagamama they told me to complain to deliveroo, of which I did - but they replied to me that they are unable to issue a refund. So I've had to pay for burnt food, which i am not happy about.
Food is good, our go to place all the time but today we have seen a mouse in the restaurant !! This is a health and safety concern, I have talked to restaurant manager He said first time they are faced such this situation and will initiate the pest control and other controls, hope they can sort it out .
Wagamama in general just hits the spot every time. Easy week night option. Have tried most of the menu but the chilli chicken ramen has to be my favourite
Nice clean place, great service, they checked up on us several times. Good food and good portions, few desert options but the ones they have were quite good. Average price. Definitely worth a visit
